Who doesn’t love rice? It’s a staple in many global cuisines, and it completes a hearty meal. Plus, it’s healthy and fairly cheap, making for a nourishing, budget-friendly dish.
Because of our love for this starchy grain, we can’t help but make extra servings.
But what’s great about leftover rice is that it can be used for various dishes. And what better way to make stir-fried rice meals than with day-old rice?
So if you cooked too much rice last night, don’t throw it out just yet. Make any of these rice bowls and serve a hearty breakfast for two.
